Children's Jewelry ??? Over 5,000 items overnight .... HELP !!!
There is nothing Children's Jewelry about any of our Engagement Rings, children under 12 do not get engaged to be married.
Who programs these bots ???
Over 5,000 items over night tagged as Children's Jewelry, one week before BLACK FRIDAY !!!!
Is Amazon deliberately trying to put us out of business ????
Tried appealing some when there only 200 item 2 days ago, they automatically reject everything.

Usually when this is done your item will never sell again as it once does seems like they will delete all sales data in the process. Or watch out children's like they did with many toys they remove buy box and say this.

Check to make sure no Part of listings says child verbiage on it , I had same thing , i removed child, kids verbiage from keywords and I appealed as it doesn't apply to my listings and it worked.

I don't understand how they define Engagement Rings and Wedding rings as child jewelry even after there is no word like Child, girl or boy in the entire product listing details.
In addition when you appeal in compliance requirement first appeal was always rejected for each and every product by support agent name "Disha D" then i reopen case with same response as first appeal. Case assigned to new support agent and they approved. it. Funny thing is that if i reopen case and it assign again to Same support agent with name "Disha D" then in second time she approved. Then why not approved in first appeal????????????????
I also open direct case (Case Id : 16706297661) and trying to talk with leadership team but they only responding that re apply.(Check Attached image of response from leadership team, I don't think that person (David) is from leadership team)

Add: *Not intended for children under 12 in your description or bullet points. That fixed the problem for a few of our products mis-tagged in the past.

The word "youth" was used describing the properties of a certain birthstone, which looks like the majority of the issues we have.
Working on updating everything with this keyword and will try a bulk appeal.

Go to target audience and make sure to select adult / unisex etc. all boxes.
