This has been going on for a week now, Amazon has debiting tons of shipping adjustments from the funds daily, and now today March 7th, 30 some more. These are petty amounts, 20 cents here, 9 cents there, 75 cents here but the all add up, and with no rhyme or reason when everything was entered correctly. Page after page of this mess. There is no way to dispute them, either amazon is stealing or USPS is, probably both but this has to stop. If there was a known or cited weight discrepancy or something like that I could understand, but none of these come with any transparency for the oddball amounts being taken out of funds. Amazon buyshipping we will no longer use. They have taken several hundred dollars in the past few days for this.

Hi @Seller_2ocdeVST6pSqj,
I feel your frustration with all these small shipping adjustments adding up! Let me share what I found in the help pages that might explain what's happening.
According to the Carrier Shipping Correction Charges page (link), these small charges likely come from USPS's Automated Package Verification (APV) system. Under the "USPS" section, it explains that USPS automatically verifies every package's weight and dimensions, then charges or credits your account for any differences they find - even small ones.
I noticed you mentioned there's no transparency about the amounts. You can see the specific reason for each adjustment by clicking the amount in the "Total" column of each Carrier Adjustment entry in your Transaction View. This should show you exactly what USPS measured versus what was on the label.
While I understand you're planning to stop using Amazon Buy Shipping, it's worth noting that USPS uses this verification system for all packages, regardless of how the shipping label was purchased. The help page mentions this under the "Note" section: "None of these charges come from Amazon. They are charges from the carriers that Amazon is referencing to you."
I hope this helps explain those seemingly random adjustment amounts you're seeing.
I've noticed this, as well. And there is no reason given for the adjustments. The weight I enter is correct, the dimensions are correct.
The only thing they change are the order of the numbers, or the way they're represented. I say 7x6x4, and Amazon says no, it's actually 7x4x6 - that will be $0.95, please. I say it's 1 pound and 2 ounces, Amazon says no, it's actually 18 ounces - that will be $0.35, please.
Worst part about the situation is there is no way to dispute any of these BS adjustments.
I've been getting a ton of these, too! It is usually USPS saying the weight is incorrect. For instance, an item that I personally packaged and weighed at 1lb. for USPS Media Mail (actual weight is less than a lb.) is suddenly 8.623 lbs. according to USPS. These adjustments are FALSE and just WRONG and this is THEFT in my opinion.
It has to be a scam. I ship way more with ebay and haven't had an adjustment in years. But here they are constant.
I wonder if you are just dropping the packages off at the Post Office or are you actually handing them to a clerk and getting a receipt. Despite the inconvenience, I try to always go to a clerk. And, get a receipt. I know they weigh every package. So, maybe that averts mistakes in weight. We've only had one adjustment and I suspect it was my fault. But, we aren't heavy hitters like some of you are.
AMAZON ONLY ACCEPTS AND PAYS with our money the ERRORS of the carrier.... THERE IS NO WAY to make a claim or verification in USPS OR UPS for weighing errors of the packages, for them 8 oz are 8 lbs
