Has anyone had any success inn appointing an EU representative?  Also have there been any other updates?  I cannot seem to find any and thought there would be something by now.

What do you refer to by 'other updates'?

Have you tried a google for GPSR EU responsible person? There are a number of companies who will offer this service. Thing is amazon won't allow them to be promoted on the forums.
