I am a brand registry seller and recently noted someone is selling a different product in the same category and they are using some of my photos which are copyright protected from my website and from my listing here on Amazon. I have filed complaints, yet I keep getting the same answer that the offending ASIN/seller has had the photos removed from their listing. However, when I search the listing over the course of several days, they are still up. I have escalated this several times and continue getting the same automated reply that the content has been removed, even though it clearly has not. What can be done and or who can I speak with DIRECTLY beyond getting the same automated email reply?
