We have used Shipstation for years to purchase our shipping labels from other marketplaces. With Amazon, we have been purchasing our shipping labels mostly through Veeqo. In the past we used Amazon Buy Shipping... through their transactions, I have noticed a CRAZY amount of shipping adjustments that are not even CORRECT. Most of our products are 2-8oz and we get "1 lb" adjustments constantly.

We are also receiving $12.95 adjustments from UPS. My research has found that it's mostly because we ship using tubes and there's an extra handling charge. I tried to see if we are getting these same adjustments in Veeqo, but I do not see any shipping adjustments there ---- Chat support stated that it's in my billing / transaction view, but the only charges we are receiving are "outbound" shipping charges for our labels when we print them - no chargebacks. Am I missing something?
