Unable to enroll product in Amazon vine program. Browse path ineligible - 909

I am unable to enroll recently launched products in the vine program. I have ensured that the node is the most accurate and yet am still getting "Browse path ineligible - 909" upon enroll. Is there a way to force a browse node change that will satisfy the system? What could be the cause of this?

Not all products are eligible for Vine. Did you check if yours is?
