Read onlyThis is ridiculous sent in 23 items in one box. Guess what amazon claims I sent an empty box with all 23 items missing LOL. I have been selling the item for awhile why on in earth would i send an empty box? And there is more they want me to prove that I bought the items in the first place. Like come on what difference would that make in locating my items???? (i have been selling said items for months both FBA and FBM) AMAZON IS GETTING OUT OF HAND!
Hi @Seller_CFkbCW7gHTate, I'm sorry to read about this. To be sure, the invoice requirement is standard practice for all sellers on Amazon and not unique to this case in particular. That said if you have the case ID available I'd be happy to escalate it where I can.

I AGREE WITH YOU FBA IS GETTING OUR OF HANDS THEY HAVE STEALING HANDS AMAZON SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE SINCE OUR ITEMS ARRIVE FINE THEN SUDDENLY ITS NOT IN THE BOX? SUDDENLY STOLEN - EVEN THE ONE THEY ARE SHIPPING TO CUSTOMERS ARE EMPTY NOW THEY ARE STEALING BEFORE SHIPMENT
FBA is constantly "losing", "stealing", or simply saying we didn't send in the correct amount.
Ironically, every shipment we send in, it's the exact same ASIN's that are "missing" every single time and they just so happen to be our top selling products.
This is NOT a coincidence.
Amazon had checked in over 6 shipments of mine so this year claiming nothing was in the boxes I sent in. Also they keep losing 1-4 items in other shipments. Over all, Amazon has lost over 250 high value books I sent in this year. I think someone in the book STO department at the warehouse is putting them in the back of their car at this point. Everytime I try to report it I get absolutely nowhere with the horrible, unknowledgeable so called reps they have these days. Its a shame. Amazon really seems to be going down hill for us sellers anymore.
It happened to me a few times too, took a lot of phone calls and emails to get reimbursement from Amazon. It was very frustrating experience because every time I sent an email, there was a new representative, whom I had to explain everything and they responded in the same way all the time, it looks like that they copy and paste their responses.
Good luck to you!
From all of the other comments on your post it sounds like its time for people to go FBM and stop doing FBA. I have been FBM for all my nearly 20 years here and have done just fine.
Factor in 1%, it should be well under that as a standard for the industry. If it's more than 1%, find another fulfillment option like a 3P
I m also having similar issues with my shipments.
1 Box sent to Amazon via Amazon partnered courier and received to amazon as well, but 0 quantity added to my inventory. which is now under investigation
Recently two different shipments were in receiving mode. Once it showed all quantity received and then after sometime the quantity started reducing.
Hi @Seller_euFaAv093PvMQ,
If you still need help please create a thread and include your case ID(s) so one of us can look into the details and escalate if needed.

Hi @Seller_euFaAv093PvMQ, for more info on how reimbursement values are calculated please see that section of the FBA inventory reimbursement policy help page.

Second time our shipment has gone missing 50 unites is missing and before this another 25 units. We are losing money being on Amazon.
Yes-happens to me as well. I triple count and label everything myself. It's just stealing at this point. Criminals. Amazon FBA is robbing from their own sellers!!!
After all the wasting of your time and submitting invoices, they will lie and say they double counted everything when there was a discrepancy.
You really think someone else counted it? Or the same person that stole it?
Back to square one. I have started doing more FBM.
Amazon switched to FBA because they realized they can't hire reliable help for their warehouses. Amazon's warehouses are out in the heart of rural areas because land is cheaper there, but there aren't as many workers to hire. As a result Amazon can NOT prevent shrinkage because if they fire their staff at their warehouses there is NOBODY ELSE to hire to staff those warehouses. So Amazon realized they could do FBA and stick the shrinkage loses to 3rd party sellers.
Day after day I read this stuff from people that work really hard, and I read about all this thievery.
I, myself have about $100 stolen monthly thru "Shipping adjustments" which is crazy since I only ship one thing that barely weighs in 2 oz.
What I don't understand is why anyone would ever send their inventory to their FBA program when all your merch can go poof.
People love using Amazon, possibly cause its easy, or free stuff, so I understand that diversifying doesn't help.
But FBA cant possibly work anymore. I cant imagine the loss.
Do better Amazon.
