Did you guys see this new beta program, seems like another useless bot software to me, that when customers wanted to see third party seller profile/contact page this pops up.

A ton of sites use sort of a fake chat bot to answer questions. I’ve used it on a few and could eventually get to a human on the other end. Others get to a point that just says call us.
