account health keeps dropping for no reason at all. Customer service said not to worry about it - then what’s the point of having it? Our account health dashboard has 0’s all across it and we have had no issues but it still drops four points at least weekly.
How are your sales? The Account health number increases with so many sales over a period of time (i do not recall) and then it drops when sales drop. If your account health is good, the lowest it will go is 200, but should remain there barring any issues.
I am experiencing the same issue. My account is in good standing with no issues or complaints. However, my score continues to drop.
