Verified Reviews on MCF Fulfilled Orders
Is it possible for buyers to leave verified reviews for MCF orders on Amazon? We do not have an app integration, so MCF orders have been done by us manually. The customers are provided order numbers and tracking by us. After they receive the product, is it possible for them to leave a verified purchase Amazon review? Since the purchase is not directly attached to their Amazon account, they cannot leave a verified review from the product page. Is there a way to do this with their MCF order confirmation information? If so, what is the process for this?

Anyone who has met the general purchase requirement on Amazon may leave a product review. No -- it will not be marked as verified purchase unless they ordered on Amazon. That's set up just as it should be (although many sellers would not allow any other than positive review ever).
