Hello,
B000NKC65Y - My Product with Brand Registry, suddenly this morning has the Buy Box with Ships from Amazon, Sold by Amazon and listed at a reduced price
I do not sell my products to Amazon to be resold by Amazon.
Is one of our distributors selling on Amazon (against our agreement with distributors) and having it listed as Sold by Amazon to hide behind who is collecting the payment when sold?
I talked to an Amazon phone rep who could not answer the question.
Can anyone explain this?
Thanks
No, Amazon is purchasing from one of your distributors through Vendor Central and Amazon is selling it themselves.
I see they have 20 in stock. Have you ever had 20 units go missing from one of your FBA shipments? If so, looks like they've been found.
Hello @Seller_M0EEWhrSNNDfd,
Michelle at Amazon here. This could be just due to Amazon reimbursing you for some of your missing units, which were later found and Amazon will sell them to recover some of the cost. The other issue could be that one of your companies that you sell to is supplying items to Amazon, however, we are not able to disclose this. Once Amazon runs out, if the items are not sold by Amazon again, then you know it was likely just items that were recovered that we reimbursed you for.
Unfortunately, if this is due to a distributor selling to Amazon, you will need to work that out with your distributor directly.
I hope this information is helpful.
Michelle
OMG, It's a unbelievable.
you should investigate it clear.
