A-Z - Appeal Rejected Because I didn’t use buyShiping

Looking for some advice with the following.

A Customer Bought an Item 03-Oct-2024  Deliver ON 04/10/2024 09:46

Customer has called Amazon says he is not home and he got text from delivery company that is delivery is delivered. Can Amazon check is item is delivered Amazon did not check the tracking number and refund the buyer when the buyer came home. He noticed that item has been delivered and he have email us says he received the item and he has happy with the item but by mistake, he got refund from Amazon we have open A2z claim, but Amazon team reject our Appeal you did not used buyShiping service from Amazon Because of this, we will reject your appeal I have attached screenshot of Customer email. He have confirming that he received the item and happy with the item but still Amazon rejecting MY CASE .

Please suggest anyone how to deal with this kind of case Customer confirming he receive item, he want to pay us back

You have zero chance that Amazon will recharge the customer. If you are based in the UK, ask the customer to transfer the money to you.

I understand the buyer from your order ending in 9166 was refunded but want's to be charge again since they have the product.

Please know I have escalated the case to the internal team for review, I don't have a time frame for the case to get reviewed and with resolution. I'll be informing you as soon as I have a response.

The internal team has reviewed your case and advise the following:

1. Buyer should request the recharge by contacting customer service. Since this already happened but they haven't been charge, then:

2. You need to contact Seller Support and let them know that the charge hasn't been done as per buyer request.

Once you have a case ID with seller support, you can provide it here so I can follow up with them about your case.
