HELP - FBA Inbound Lost Inventory, Proof of Delivery Provided, Denied Reimbursments of 48 units
We sent in the EXACT items and QUANTITIES stated in our shipping plan, and everything is labeled correctly. Amazon has signed for delivery and we have provided proof of delivery.
Amazon only reimbursed 22 lost units and refused to reimburse other 48 lost units.
Here is their response:
"We are denying your reimbursement claim for this shipment because we did not receive all of the expected units, as required by the FBA inventory reimbursement policy. Based on your shipping plan, we expected to receive:
[ASIN XXXXXXXX] / 48
We have no record of receiving these units. We recommend that you work with your carrier on these discrepancies and ensure that you have appropriate insurance for future shipments. Many carriers assume limited liability for damage or loss in transit.
============================================================
We've investigated your shipment XXXXXXXXXXX and determined that a reimbursement is required.
We have therefore initiated a reimbursement request on your behalf. A credit, either in cash or in the form of replacement products with the same FNSKU, will appear in your account in 4-5 business days after the reimbursement has been approved.
FNSKU: [ASIN XXXXXXXX], Quantity: 22"
Can someone please help look into cases?

Thank you for posting these details @Seller_cKY3qrMo5t89S.
I see that you provided Proof of Delivery in your cases. Amazon requires both proof of inventory ownership and proof of delivery to be submitted with the research request. If you submitted that information, can you please provide details about the case and when you submitted it?
If you provide that information, I will share it with our partner team for their review, and to determine if there is any additional information for you beyond what has already been shared with you:
"The carrier website only confirms that the carrier made a delivery at our fulfillment center, and not as confirmation that Amazon actually received the exact items and quantities stated in your shipping plan. We have no record of receiving these units. We recommend that you work with your carrier on these discrepancies and ensure that you have appropriate insurance for future shipments. Many carriers assume limited liability for damage or loss in transit."
