Fba shipment showing as "in transit"

Hi,

I recently had a container delivered to Amazon fba centre 4 weeks ago.

Usually it updates instantly confirming receiving items, but it’s still only showing as in transit and no items received 4 weeks after delivery. When can I get Amazon to refund me for these goods, as the value is in excess of £50k and I have sent Amazon proof of delivery from my shipping company but just seem to be getting automated responses with no help.

Hi Billy did you get that FBA shipment problem sorted?? because i've got the same as its delivered but saying still in transit
