I have a ASIN in which we have had for a long time, recently is was tagged as a trademark problem. I have tried to delete the wording listed as a trademark violation, but the item has been inactivated. I have deleted the item. Then using the same ASIN I have created a new item through the add products. It then got stuck on the safety and compliance (re: a fertilizer needing an EPA#) I contacted support, they told me to go through inventory using a spreadsheet. I have done this. It created a new item - using the same ASIN and looks good - shows inactive - when I click on reasons it shows _Zero product policy violations
You do not currently have any product policy violations.
I contacted support and they tell me it is a trademark violation???? Do I need a new ASIN or can this be fixed. I appreciate the help at this point. The item is not trademarked. I just want it to be listed. HELP.

Hello @Seller_1oMuIwKt7qtHa
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent trademark concerns you have seen. I understand the confusion and frustration this has caused, and would like to get some clarification.
When you received the trademark issue, you deleted it to address the issue, but then re-added it for a new product? Can you clarify the re-use of the ASIN? Why did you not create a new ASIN for a new product?
We encourage you to utilize this thread for the additional details so we may review further.
