Hello All, I am having issues with an ASIN being set to Generic instead of my brand. This ASIN is over a year old and I am Brand Registered.
About a month ago it was set to Generic. I was able to contact Seller Support via email and after a few tries I got a person that understood the issue and was able to update the brand name back to what it was before. That fixed it... until yesterday when I have been reverted back to Generic again.
As stated in the title, this is a UPC ASIN which I know is considered set up incorrectly, but over a year ago I was brand new to Amazon and had no idea what I was doing and was advised by a mentor to do it this way, so unfortunately I can't change that, so I have to work toward resolution with what I have.
That said, I believe I can get the brand name fixed again, I have photo and video proof of this being branded in the past, however, my fear is that this will keep being reverted back to Generic over and over again whenever my acct is analyzed by the bots (at least I assume thats what is happening). Is there some attribute related to the UPC that I can have Seller Support purge off my ASIN to keep this from happening?
If not, I am willing to build a new ASIN and have my inventory relabeled, though I really don't feel I should have to do that to rectify an issue with this garbage system, especially being Brand Registered and such. To that point, if I am required to do so in order to stop being harassed by ASIN issues, can I get my reviews migrated to that new ASIN? I don't feel that is asking too much here but idk, maybe it is.
If anyone has any tips or ideas I am all ears, thank you
EDIT: @Seller_F4AbbFj6ovBk3I saw you were able to help someone on another thread. Would you be able to escalate my case? It is Case ID15074898631. I have included multiple screenshots of my previously branded product as well as a reference case and screenshot from that case where this was corrected 3 weeks ago.
