Read onlyDue to a stranded inventory issue, I opened a case (ID - 16837195881) on December 16, 2024.
Currently, there are 201 units of inventory at the Amazon warehouse, and the reason for the stranded inventory is listed as "Deleted listing."
I have contacted customer service more than 4 times and tried all the recommended solutions, but even after two weeks, the issue has not been resolved.
Based on my experience, it seems that customer service strictly follows their manuals and cannot provide support beyond that.
Is there a way to directly contact Amazon's technical support?
There is no way to contact anyone other than Seller Support.
So have you recreated the Offer Listing using the same SKU? That is usually all it takes.
Typically the Stranded Inventory section has a way to relist .... but I don't have any with this issue to check if it's still shown.
