Amazon Lost My FBA Shipment – No Resolution After 5 Months.

The shipment FBA18HSD2CNX was delivered on October 15, 2024 to Amazon's warehouse. Units(12 Sku's) were not added. Amazon does not allow us to open a claim until January 16, 2025. We opened the claim on January 16, 2025. Amazon started to respond on March 5, 2025 which is 141 calendar days since the shipment was delivered. They wanted a UPS tracking page with delivery details. A page shows tracking details within 120 days which expired in the middle of February 2025. When we explained this, we received the following response: "After a review of documentation for shipment FBA18HSD2CNX, we've determined that it doesn't meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance". This is complete fraud.
