Those inventory became available certain times but they go back to FC Processing.

I am getting charged peak season storage fee and my inventory is low.

Units are stuck in FC processing for several months. We are ready to close the account, but there is one unit in FC processing. Could Amazon check this issue for me?

Each time I open a case, support tells me to wait a couple weeks. It has been over 6 months that my skus have been stuck in FC Processing. I am trying to close my amazon account, but i am not allowed to because of these two units in FC Processing. The customer service team is not reading my messages. they respond the same thing without listening. Please help! I need to get these units out of FC Processing
