how long did it take for you as a new sellers to receive a single dime after starting? I have been doing this for almost 2 months now and not a single penny has been released from the account level reserve. I need to get paid in order to continue selling / reinvesting . I was told I am no longer under review and I have great account health , no a-z claims etc. so I should not have funds in the reserve for this long and it would be sent to the internal team. However based on what I’ve seen on forums the internal team doesn’t do anything and it can take months ….. very frustrating overall

Welcome to Amazon!
If you had read and studied the Forum for a few weeks BEFORE you started selling you would have found dozens of posts about the reserve requirements and how long it can take for money to start flowing.
For NEW sellers there might be (probably will be) reserves on your account for years. Some reports of sellers still having them for three or four years can be found. It depends on lots of factors -- how risky the products, categories, seasonal items, and, frankly the countries sellers are from in some cases.
Amazon will NEVER tell anyone what the amounts or time frames involved are or how they are determined.
Honestly, if you are dependent on the cash flow from Amazon for buying new inventory, you are probably very much under capitalized. On here you need a cushion - a large cushion of money because of the uncertainty of when your account can be suspended immediately.
Hello @Seller_ih6AXtTmt9Wne,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account here on the forums.
I see that since you started selling you have not been disbursed any payments and you are wondering why this is happening. I can see that the lack of clarity in this situation is causing frustration for you so I am here to help.
You mentioned that you were told this issue would be raised up to our internal team. Can you provide me with the associated case ID so I can review all of the details? This way, I can identify what the issue is and what will be required to get this resolved.
I am looking forward to your response and helping you with a resolution. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
