Read onlyMy Brand had some units of of our best selling ASIN stolen from our D2C website using stolen credit cards (Triangulation Fraud) and we have found that the people responsible are selling the stolen goods on amazon as third party FBM sellers through our listing. Our product also isn't available to any distributor or in stores. It is only sold on Amazon and our D2C.
I have opened multiple brand registry cases against these very clear stolen goods sellers. All business addresses are within 2 blocks of each other either with in Brooklyn or Florida and track back to apartments that aren't licensed for business use. We have an open Police investigation into this fraud ring in New York.
Have made minimal progress getting any of the sellers removed and more sellers are created whenever I do make any progress. Amazons responses are automatic bot responses and aren't helpful at all. Its very concerning that Amazon doesn't have a specific case function to call out seller trafficking stolen goods on Amazon.
Understand this is a wide spread problem that many other sellers are facing and hoping another seller has had better luck and has some good advice.
Looking for a moderator help with Brand Registry Case ID 15617855581
I don't have a solution for Amazon allowing theft and fraud BUT the Government has a site IC3 (Amazon will remove the link if I put it here) where you can report the use of the internet for theft.
It is generally used to report on websites but it can be used to report buyers as well if you happen to encounter one of the Amazon scam crowd.
In all cases it at least puts the con artists into a data base for future reference by the authorities.
There's an OLD saying -- If you aren't part of the solution you are part of the problem.
PLEASE REPORT, REPORT, REPORT, REPORT.

As soon as a court decision is available, make your lawyer send it to Amazon. Maybe someone here knows the address of the legal department. Without that, I don't think that Amazon will do something. Good luck!
In line with what @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC notes about letting Amazon know about the Police Report when available --
These are the most recent addresses I that found on a different (more useful) Forum for the legal beagles…………...

Hello @Seller_3Q5bY0J25rzNy
My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team. Thank you for posting your question here on forums.
Typically for these cases, you will report infringement through the tool here.
However, I did look into the case ID you mentioned and noticed that you did not provide any proof of trademark, proof your goods have been stolen, distributor rights, police reports, etc.
Typically to report infringement, it will need to be connected to a IP (trademark, patent, or other governmental organizations, etc.) If you have provided these in a different case ID, would you please let me know?
Thank you.
Sandy
