Amazon is LITERALLY stealing from us

This last month we have had two buyers who have ordered incorrectly from us, so instead of returning the items they bought or messaging us, they instead open an A-Z claim and Amazon grants them the entirety of the orders right away, which are both over $1000. Then the buyers refuse to talk to us. We provide proof that the buyers received the correct items, and even provide labels to have the items returned, but nothing. Amazon keeps denying our appeals and keep allowing this awfulness to happen. Why don't they listen to reason and actually look at our appeals?

It all comes down to whether you used Amazon's shipping and have the SSA and AHT active.
