I am FBM seller and my metrics used to be in a very good standing until I start using veeqo for their promised that I will be protected when the delivery was late, my ODR will nott be affected and A-Z will also not be affected. 2 of my orders were delayed and it is now affecting my metrics and Amazon took my buy box away because of my ODR rate was higher than it should be. I have been asking veeqo support to resolve this issue but all they were telling me was I need to call the support! Wait a Minute! I bought shipping with the "OTDR Protected" they kept saying that they are investigating it and the internal team will take a look at it, and it has been weeks now so I had enough. My ratings used to be 90% now it is 86%. I called the amazon support and they said that there is nothing they can do about veeqo and that I have to talk to veeqo support! So I, veeqo and seller support were beating the bush, they are making me jump through hoops and loops! So no, Do NOT use veeqo, it is better to use and buy shipping label directly from Amazon. Veeqo cannot resolve any problem and their promise of protection is not true. Seller support will not be able to help either and they are not aware of veeqo. It will ruin your account health and metrics just like mine. Now my sales has been affected by it.

wow, what a timely warning.Right at this moment I am synching my amazon orders to veeqo to start using veeqo from today. as it says I would protect OTDR and a to z claims as well but your first hand experience made me thing agains about using veer. its better keep using amazon buy shipping instead of getting a ding on metrics. I was hoping to save few hundred dollars as they claim 5% cash back thing but I am not going to use it now. I can't do anything for you but thank you for making me cautious.
I dont think the OTDR Protection work with Amazon buying shipping either. 4 order of mine where shipped on time and had carrier scan for the same date. OTDR went from 100% to 95%.

Upon checking with shipping, UPS Ground Saver was recommended on Veeqo, but it was delivered after the due date. I don't know if it's UPS's fault or Veeqo, and I need to pull this matric up. Any recommendations?

I'm sorry you're going through this! I would just like to provide a different experience for anyone considering whether or not to use them. I have been using Veeqo for about 7 months. I have been happy with them, and have seen the same protections with shipping purchased from Veeqo that I did when I purchased shipping directly from Amazon. I have automatically been protected from an A-Z claim, a negative feedback for a late delivery was automatically removed, and my OTDR is healthy. I cannot attest to the customer support because I have not needed it.
I will say that if you're switching for the 5% discount, keep in mind that is an intro offer, and the discount I get now after the intro period is only .5%-1% depending on the shipping method. However, it also allows you to pay with credit card, so you can also collect credit card rewards on all your shipping purchased, and you cannot do this on the Amazon platform.
Not surprised. I bet the new AWD that Amazon is pushing on us will be yet another way to hurt our business.
