Hello, my account was deactivated because of an issue with the Consumers Act. I have completed all the requested steps, yet my account remains deactivated. What actions should I take to reactivate it?

It's frustrating sometimes. Back in 2021, my account got deactivated due to a Section 3 and Consumer Act Violation because we were dropshipping there. Over $60k was stuck for almost 3 months but thankfully I got it back with the help of my friend's reference.
