Lose Shopping Cart
How can I get a shopping cart? My products do not have a shopping cart. I checked the seller information and found that not having a shopping cart is a serious matter and I am worried about it. Hope someone can help me figure it out. Thank you so much

So you did have it and now you don't? If so, your ODR probably went over 1%. You lose the Buy Box (aka Featured Offer) if your ODR goes over 1%. If you have not had the Buy Box previously, then it is just a case that your selling history for the category you are selling in does not allow it at this time. Amazon decides when you 'deserve' the Buy Box or not.
