Mistaken classification of my product as a pesticide

On May 31st, I received a notification from Amazon stating that my product listing had been removed because it was identified as a pesticide. I understand the importance of ensuring that all products meet regulatory standards, but this product does not contain any pesticide ingredients nor is it intended for use as a pesticide. This is a Cotton Beach Towel.

I opened a case about 48 hours ago, but the only response I have received so far was a feedback form regarding the resolution. To my surprise, the case was marked as ANSWERED without any actual support or resolution provided. I have replied to the feedback form and reactivated the case, but I am concerned that I will not receive timely support.

Time is ticking, and if this issue is not resolved promptly, my inventory will be sent back. This situation is urgent, and I need assistance to reactivate my product listing and prevent the return of my inventory.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Is there anyone else who has faced a similar issue? If so, do you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue. I can not get feedback from Amazon Seller Support. Your advice would be greatly appreciated as I am struggling to get a proper resolution.

Hello @Seller_IVSBhwjv2VzWj,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your product getting classified as a Pesticide. I've reviewed your case ending with 9431 and see that you're currently working with support on this issue, in which you've removed any mention of the word "bacteria" from the listing's item_description. The case is currently waiting for an update from support, so please give them some time to review the details and assist.

Thanks for your understanding.

- Manny
