When customers click Add to Cart on my listing they are met with an error that says "We're sorry. {Product}, cannot be purchased via the Shopping Cart. Click here to return to the product detail page and follow the instructions' to purchase this item."
I have verified this issue on an incognito browser as well as on mobile logged into an account that is not tied to our seller account at all. I am only attempting to add my own product to cart to test customer stated issues. I would not and have not ever purchased my own product.
In seller central the listing is shown as active and there are units available for purchase. The listing comes up fine when searched and
I have had a seller support ticket open for over a month for this issue and today replied to that ticket to see where things stood. Well that agent told me he would escalate/contact the team it was supposedly assigned to, but then marked the ticket as resolved. Going back through seller support I am bombarded with copy pasted paragraphs about being eligible for the buy box, but this issue happens after I win the featured offer and they are clicking add to cart in the buy box. Also we manufacture this product so there are no other sellers to even be in competition for the buy box with.
