I sell fashion, as we know return % is sky rocketing so it is hard to survive, been selling on Amazon since 2012 !! it was never this bad, and last few years Amazon is forcing us on automatic returns authorization with UPS Amazon return label at an outrages costs, we ship with FedEx 2nd day flat rate and most items will ship for $8.00, when a buyer returns we are being charges anywhere from $13 to $20 !! PER ITEM how can we survive this ?? Amazon refund the buyer in full including original shipping fees (we do not offer free shipping anymore) so Amazon decide for us that we refund original shipping + we pay for return label no matter what the return reason is, so each return item now costs us $8.00 + ($13-$20) , when we open a T-safe case we get $5-$7 back.....we try to contact Amazon to let us give buyers labels - nothing, we try to contact UPS to get these costs reduced they say it not them its Amazon, Amazon say its UPS .....

this is frustrating and really not fair, I am sure I am not the only one who deals with this, and now I am working toward closing my company because I am now paying Amazon more then I make ....no seance
