I was informed a month ago that my account has been temporarily closed and I need to provide additional information.
At first, I thought it was just a simple request for additional information. I have submitted the water and electricity invoices for the past two months. They said they were unable to verify my documents and that my invoice did not contain the required information. So I went to reissue my electricity bill, but they still said they couldn't verify my documents.
My nightmare has begun.
I have submitted approximately 20 documents in total. More than twenty bills and invoices have been issued. Including electricity, water, and network. Each file contains my company name, address, service provider name, and address. I even checked the authenticity of the invoice for them and provided proof of invoice verification. But still unable to pass their review. I don't know if Amazon knows that there is not only one format for bills in the world. I have traveled more than ten times and the bills and invoices issued by government agencies are all invalid.
I even submitted my credit card bill and my office rental contract. It's ridiculous, my over twenty bills and invoices cannot verify my identity. They also want me to submit new materials, please, I have already provided everything I can. What else do I need to do?
I made more than ten phone calls to the account support team, and every time I followed their suggestions to make modifications and submit them, but the results were unable to pass the review. Is my effort seen by Amazon as ridiculous and futile.
I don't think they need any additional information, they just want to close your account.
First, NEVER send MORE than what they ask for. If they ask for ONE thing and you send THREE it will be rejected automatically -- not even looked at!
THEN -
Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'.
Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
When Amazon says something must match they mean EXACTLY!
That means Street is not ST.
Jim is not James.
ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps
They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.
What you submit for documents must match the details on your seller account EXACTLY.
Is it possible that you created your account - years ago - using your private name? And at some moment you changed your "Legal Entity" to your company name?
If yes, that is the reason. During the re-verification, the system will always populate the firstly entered data when you created your seller account.
MAYBE the "Legal Entity" can be changed by seller support. Unfortunately I don't know if and how that is working.
I think it's easy to say you've submitted too much but the fact is, we submitted exactly what they asked for and continually got denied for over a year. Nothing worked.
I've had trouble understanding Amazon's requirements. Even their customer service couldn't explain the issue clearly. It's frustrating because we ran an ad for over six months without any problems. Suddenly, Amazon suspended the campaign due to some issues. My main question is, why didn't they ask me to make corrections when I first created the listing? While my sales are growing and I can improve my ranking, Now Amazon is asking for corrections. It feels unfair to sellers.
Close the Amazon account.
Demand it and they will stop harassing you.
Amazon sucks in all the aspects and they busting sellers.
Get rid of them
Use eBay Bonanza or other systems.
I stopped selling and buying at Amazon.
I just keep my account active for references and competition prices.

They are doing the same thing to me. My account has been banned for over 70+ days. These people have no process. I've have been on the phone so many times with these fools.
The documents I sumbitted. You could get loans and government issued documents with them. Still can't be verified. F*in morons, no process. Everything is top secret. We can't tell you "why" it cant be authenticated.
Its brutal to deal with them. I rather jump into a wood chipper feet first.
