Read onlyHello, who can help me? I registered on Amazon Seller and I was immediately charged for Amazon B2B, but I don't want to sell B2B yet and I wasn't going to open a B2B account because I have no experience and I'm just starting out. Is it possible to get my money back for B2B and close it?
There is no charge for B2B. Nor can you opt out. It is meaningless. You can set special B2B prices if you want. If you are learning -- just ignore B2B. You may get business buyers and won't be paid for thirty days -- but that's just how it is.
There is a charge for the professional account -- that charge is $39.99 and will probably include the NA Unified account (the dot com site plus Canada and Mexico) and Brazil. You get all that like it or not and cannot get rid of any. You put the platforms you do not want to use on vacation.
Hello @Seller_3D2qDdcbdms12
Thank you for the information provided regarding the charge you saw. If the charge was for the amount of $39.99 mentioned by @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6bl, then this will be related to the monthly charge for a professional account.
If this is not what you are seeing, then we would encourage you to provide more information relating to what you are seeing. If you have any case information or details to share, we would ask that you provide them so we may further review your situation.
Best,
Atlas
