Facing same problem from last 3 weeks, remapped the account in the first week, still faced the same problem the next week, today is the 3rd payment cycle that we have received only COD amounts.

Did you spend some money on Amazon Ads? Incase your Net balance is negative , Amazon will deduct your balance of Prepaid to adjust the Negative balance on your account.
