Lost Featured Offer Eligibilty for Books

I recently (within the last 5 days) lost featured offer eligibility for books after having it for 14 months. I still have for new and used CDs and DVDs, but I sell book media also and books make up approximately 40-50% of my inventory. I don't understand why it happened. MY IPI is 493, account health is 402 with no defects. Policy compliance is 100%, Shipping performance is 100% with 0% late shipments, and my customer service order defect rate is 0%.

I have opened a case with seller support but they can't provide any answers. My case ID is: 16170006721 and the ASIN I provided is: ASIN: 0979728010, but ALL of my used book ASINs are ineligible for Featured Offer Status. I got featured offer status for books in late June early July of 2023 and now with what appears to be a near perfect record I have lost featured offer status for used books.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.

In case 16170006721, you provided information about a single ASIN, thereby limiting the review to that ASIN. However, you also indicated that you have additional ASINs that no longer have the feature offer. My recommendation would be to open a case ID with our seller support team, identifying all of the ASINs that lost the feature offer. This way, if an escalation is required, we can review all of the ASINs.

Once the case is resolved, please share the case ID with us in this thread, and we can see next steps.
