Amazon New Algorithm Problem for small sellers.
New policy of Amazon like IXD enrollment and Regional In-Stock policy crush small sellers and helping big Sellers like Appario and Cloudtel. Amazon comes India to Promise helping small sellers. Now Amazon busy to sell Prime membership with fast delivery. Even its new algorithm does not show product to buyers from sellers which is not enroll in IXD and RIS. Very Disappointing.

Amazon didn't promise anything. It is a company just like yours and mine. Its goal is to make profit just like everyone else. In its old model, it was not making enough profit as simple as that. So that's why they introduced new policy of regional discovery so that shipping costs will reduce for them by making sellers pay for putting products near customers and also collecting VPOB fees.
Yes because of this IXD and regional policy smaller sellers will die on Amazon. But that's life. Small businesses always suffer. I mean remember when Amazon was created it killed so many small offline retail stores.
Start focusing on other channels now. Other marketplaces etc.

I don't know what is considered small. No business (proprietorship / partnership) can have 7 different GST registrations and maintain them even if their turnover is over 10 Crore.
This is not about enabling sellers to put stock in every region.. this is about promoting and selling stuff of only a few selected enterprises.
They could ask consumers to select If they only want to see products near them... if the idea was just to prioritize fast delivery. This is a forced algorithm and most consumers have no idea about what's happening.

Yes it's Right that Amazon main motive is profit making just like other company's.
But, my dear friend you have forgotten very simple thing ---
Amazon' is an e-commerce platform / place / agent where different sellers showcase their products and so the sale goes on when buyer purchase their products.
Amazon's Policy is not as per e-commerce basic guidelines. I do not think they have that right to not show seller's listings in different regions.
Also this Regional Discoverability or whatever it may be called -- is a complete bull-shi.t. as In your region also your products won't be sold.
Amazon is a s-cam company. Leave this site asap.
