Hi everyone,

My seller account recently had its account health reduced to critical due to an Identity Verification Violation. I submitted an appeal three days ago, and the status has been showing:

"You have provided your document and information.

Your document and information are being analyzed and we may contact you by email for further clarification within 2 business days."

However, despite waiting, my account status has not changed, and I haven't received any additional requests or updates from Amazon. I'm concerned about how long this process will take and whether I need to take any further action. Has anyone else experienced this delay? Is there any way to escalate the case or contact the right team for quicker resolution?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

As you have mentioned, there was a request to verify your identity which appeared as a critical violation. Since there is a concern with the documents being reviewed I wanted to verify exactly when they were submitted. I additionally want to inquire on if you have created a case regarding the situation, if so have you added your verification documents to it and can you share the related case ID?
