Dietary Supplement sku's Inactive & Not Accepting Applications to Sell Recently
We are having a problem with over 180 sku's. We would appreciate your help when i try to reactivate I get the following:
Request selling approval for policy compliance.
Reason: Product requires approval to sell."
When I tried clicking "Request approval", the following message appeared:
“We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)”
I submitted a case id # 17251447821 which did not lead to a resolution to the problem
