We currently have 68 listings restricted because Amazon says they are children's jewelry. They are NOT children's jewelry. They were not manufactured as children's jewelry. They are not marketed as children's jewelry. They would not even FIT a child.
Appeals land on deaf ears and blind eyes. One of our managers called Amazon and was told it was because of GIRL being used in our title. Even if we were willing to remove our brand from the title (which we are not), Amazon doesn't allow that.
Several years ago, I emailed Jeff Bezos directly about an unrelated issue that we were up against a brick wall on, and he was able to resolve the matter almost immediately. That option is no longer available, of course, but why isn't there an escalation process for something like this?
Mods, can you help us (and the many other third-party sellers having the same problem)?

It seems like the AI has override the humans at Amazon. I'm having the same problem. While the violation is not in my brand name, I sell a "Motherhood" and a "Girl Power" necklace for adult women and they got taken down for being Children's Jewelry. The appeals keep getting rejected.
From another thread:
"While you are stating that your items are intended for adults, such as a jewelry item that is for cosplay, a granddaughter, a cute butterfly etc, if it can also be worn on a child under the age of 12, Amazon will require testing be done on your products. This is to ensure the safety of your end customers, which could be children. If your items could be worn by a child, you would have to have the required tested as stated in our help page here."

Basically anything and everything is Children's Jewelry if Amazon says so. This is actually stricter than Prop 65 which only requires tests if the items are designed and intended primarily for children.
You could still try the jeff at amazon address. Those emails now go to a "Leadership Team" and it's hit-or-miss what kind of help you'll get. It can depend on who opens the email. But you have nothing to lose by trying it.
Just make sure they know that you have met a dead end going through the "normal" process.
Try Mis Spelling "Girl" or merging 2 words such as a + girl to agirl which may get you around the AI bots

This is wild but basically you must change your brand name and entire business if you'd like to continue to sell on Amazon.com
Do I agree with that? No.
Do I think you will get special treatment from Amazon, and they'll make an exception? No.
Sorry about this!
Hello @Seller_bJHKfOgnaWwr9,
I'm sorry for the trouble. I've reviewed the details of your issue, and see that the team has advised you that your products do not have safety and compliance requirements for Children's Jewelry at this time. If you have any requests you would like to have reviewed further, please share the case ID and I'll provide thoughts.
