What's going on as below:
A child ASIN was disconnected from parent ASIN, without any policy violation or performance notification. In selllercentral, it is still a Child ASIN to the parent ASIN, but on amazon.com, it's an active standalone listing, the choice for child ASIN of the parent listing is vacant, can not be selected.
To solve this obvious mistake, I submitted a case, but 8 days passed, it's still pending...

have you tried to delete the Parent, and relist all child to form a new parent again?
After 14 days, the Amazon reply, this case keep internal forwarding.
