If I have a complaint against AMZ and feel the government should get involved

Which department of the Government do I complain to?

I believe there is a Consumer Affairs Department and the Department of Justice.

This is BS Amazon. You charge accounts and then don't specific what the charge is for????

There is an ongoing case involving the FTC; I suspect that is who you would want to contact.

FTC.

They, surprisingly, removed all of the "Amazon Guru FBA Classes" that I am aware of. They even hit Kevin David with a 2.6 million dollar fine and I no longer hear from them.

I'm going thru the same thing. I had a little over $200 taken from my seller account a few weeks ago and the reason given was "other" with no explanation. I've opened 2 cases since then and receive a "we will look into it response" and then..........NOTHING. I'm just left hanging.

Is there any shortage of this kind of thing? And all we can do is guess or try to remember what we did.

FTC.

We have two dozen cases about a different serious issue since January.

We are hoping the FTC will help resolve.

Can I go to the FTC about why I no longer get sales when I used to?

They charged me for $4 for no reason. Asked them why. They cannot tell. Opened multiple cases. They transferred all of them to he "experts" (I don't know who they are). None of the cases got answered, ever. Months are passed, I still don't know why I got charged.

How is this legal? How is this not an unauthorized charge? Same with the refunds. The sellers should handle the refunds. I miss old Amazon. It was all about selling, equal rights for sellers, multiple ways to contact customers about delivery issues, etc. It was great. Now it's way too stressful. :-(

We were charged about $230 in "other" fees as well. After diving into it and looking around we noticed it was indeed due to shipping adjustments from accounts that were finally cleared so they stuck us with all these fees on the same day, pages and pages of shipping adjustments under my transactions dashboard, which we also find to be quite unethical for amazon to just charge stores like this blindly and then provide no help or detail about it. We also called support and they tried to pass the blame off to the shipping couriers we use (USPS, UPS) and told us to contact them asap but it all falls on amazon really.

Most of what AMAZON charges under "other" amount to the equivalent to "junk" fees that consumers are now getting protections from.
