I understand you are looking for more information regarding why your order counted late on the OTDR report when the actual and promised delivery dates were the same. Did you verify the time in which the order was delivered? If it was after the promised time associated to the date, then it would be counted on the report as late.

If it shows beforehand, then we would recommend compiling the information in a case and providing the ID for our team to review further.
