Need help in removing the account suspension banner

Greetings to all,

I am currently clearing any issues with my account since my friends accounts got affected with my account suspension since my IP address got linked to their accounts.

I have completed Amazon's virtual interview and received a message that I am allowed to continue selling. I attached Amazon's message below:

As of now, the banner for Account Suspension is still not remove and I am not able to proceed in closing this account.

I no longer plan to continue selling and wanted to close this account to prevent any issues with my friend's account.

Please help!!!

I submitted an appeal twice but it got close after a few minutes and I am not receiving any information from Amazon.
