We are writing to request an appeal for a closed case concerning an inaccurate 1-star review on one of our product listings. The review states that the buyer received an auto part, which is impossible, as we do not sell or handle any auto parts in our inventory.

We immediately contacted the buyer requesting proof of the label or packaging to verify their claim, but we have not received a response. Furthermore, we possess documented evidence, including packaging receipts confirming the correct product was shipped and box dimensions that preclude the possibility of an auto part being included.

We initially attempted to address this through the seller feedback removal process, which resulted in a case being closed without the opportunity to submit our supporting documentation. Consequently, we are unable to appeal through the standard channels.

We respectfully request your assistance in reopening this case so that we can provide the necessary evidence and have the incorrect review removed.
