Case unresolved since April 6 for 35 days -- suspected IP

I know that "merely" 35 days isn't enough time to resolve an issue with Amazon Seller Support, but perhaps a mod can look at this and see if someone can help me.

Short Story Received IP trademark issue on April 6. ASIN was sent to the team that handles ASIN reinstatement, but we never heard back. I spoke to the catalog team tonight, but the (very nice) agent came across a roadblock and she was unable to send the case back for reinstatement.

Long Story Listed ASIN in January 2021. Sold out in July 2021. Sometime after that, a "Brand" AZZUTORK changed the brand name to "AZZUTORK". On April 6, an AM-BOT decided that AZZUTORK is not the same as the brand in the item images. Rather than trying the impossible of changing the brand name to the CORRECT brand name, I figured that it was easier to remove the brand in the images. Unfortunately, the violation remains on my account.

Gripe: Some random brand owned by someone not in the US (Guess which country) can come in and change the brand on HUNDREDS of US products with well-known brand names and then who gets the violation? Does the Brand Owner? Nope! It is some US-based seller.

Can you please take a look at this? It is clearly abuse by another seller. Somehow that seller gets to change brand names on hundreds of ASINs and then other sellers (like myself) pay the price.
