I humbly appeal for your expertise in reviewing and removing an unfair 1-star feedback that blatantly violates Amazon's Feedback Guidelines.
The customer falsely accuses us of overcharging, despite:
Transaction Transparency : All charges were explicitly displayed during checkout as per Amazon's system
Zero Pricing Control : We never requested/processed payments outside Amazon's regulated framework
Solution Attempts :
➔ Many times to explain pricing through Messages
➔ Prepaid return label issued
➔ Pleaded for product return instead of unregulated refund demands
Despite our full compliance, the customer:
❌ Repeatedly threatened negative feedback unless given 50% off
❌ Adamantly insisted refund half price
I've exhausted all self-service options through Feedback Manager, but only received automated responses that don't address the policy violations. I desperately need your human expertise to recognize the nuance of this injustice.
As a small seller dependent on amazon, this unjust rating severely impacts our survival. I beg your team to:

⚖️ Enforce Policy simultaneously for immediate removal feedback
