Read onlyI got 3 restricted product violations a couple of days ago for toy light sabers from a very well known brand: "products identified as a children's toy that incorperates lasers".
This is obviously wong. The toys have a small LED light at the basis of the saber and nothing else. They have NOTHING to do with lasers.
I've tried explaining it multiple times in my appeals now but I always get the generic response saying:
"We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement."
Also, I haven't sold these toys in 4-5 years I think. I just hadn't deleted the listing. So I don't care about the listing. I just want these bogus violations removed.
Can a mod look into this please?
Thanks!

You are arguing with the AI. It took me contacting amazon multiple times a day for two weeks just to get a real person that could tell the difference between a 10 foot long industrial saw and a tiny router bit that the AI changed my picture to. Good luck this AI crap is getting out of hand.
Hello @Seller_MYY5uBmeYyehr,
Thank you for posting your concerns with receiving a few restricted product policy violations.
Can you provide the ASIN and if you have attempted to dispute these, the related cases so that we can look further into the situations.

There are a number of situations where the product itself is not in violation but the listing attributes associated to it or images. Have you also reviewed all information on the detail page and images to confirm there is no mention or suggestion toward it being a laser? Are you aware of any recent listing updates?
If you have already completed this process and confirmed the ASIN's comply with the mentioned policy, it is recommended using the appeal feature, or case creation option to contact our support teams to dispute the situation. I suggest providing pictures from all 6 sides of your product and packaging, if there is a user manual that comes with the products, it is also advised on taking photos of this to help clarify the products intent and confirm compliance. Providing your related cases will help us confirm the appropriate teams are involved to review your provided information.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
