Linked Account Deactivation

Hello,

I made an Amazon account which was suspended in December 2022. It was linked because my cousin use my phone number as his warehouse info on his account and my address as his warehouse address. Now, he lives in a third country and he made his account using his address and his passport. His account was deactivated because he sold something that was inauthentic. Amazon suspended my account before I even started selling. My account was at initial stages. The one mistake I committed that I gave him my account info because he was going to help me setup my account. Now, he doesn't want his account back but I want my account to be reinstated. He removed all of my information from his account and I even got the child access and checked. None of my info. is there anymore. I have appealed I don't know how many times but been getting the same response. I am not sure what to do. I have exhausted all my efforts at this point.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Greetings @Seller_DsBrNRqRBuN1l,

I apologize for the delay in responding to your post here at the Seller Forums. Our team of moderators is constantly working to address all inquiries as soon as we can and also thank you so much for utilizing the seller forums to obtain help with account deactivation due to multiple accounts violation.

A seller can have multiple accounts and access other accounts, but if any one of these accounts is deactivated, all associated accounts, or accounts that the seller has accessed, can also be deactivated.

To reactivate a related account, first address the violation(s) in the account that caused the initial deactivation. Once the primary account is reactivated, you can request the reactivation of the main account, called related account.

• If you previously had access to another account but no longer do, submit an appeal:

Provide documents proving you no longer own or are related to that account. This could include sales deeds, purchase agreements, business transfer agreements, contract terminations, etc.

I strongly recommend that you talk to your cousin and either ask him to contact us or obtain access to his account and work on the activation of his account, this is definitely the easiest way to reactivate an account that was deactivated due to multiple accounts violation.

You can find relevant information on the Address a Multiple Account Policy violation and Selling policies and seller code of conduct pages.

The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward.

Wish you all the best,

Nikki
