Hello, I previously had my Amazon Brand Registry application rejected. After re-uploading updated documents, the Amazon Brand Support team responded that the internal team refused to review the newly submitted evidence, stating that new evidence can only be attached to a fresh application. However, when I attempted to reapply, the system displayed an error message stating "Brand application is currently under review" due to the old application still pending. Could you assist in contacting the Brand Registry team to reject my old application so I can submit a new one?

I have created an escalation to an internal team that pulls everything together. I have requested the case 17534982901 be "fully rejected," so that you can proceed with the direction provided in case ID 17532470451.

Instead of rejecting the current case, the team is able to continue with the current application. Because you do not own the TM, the team just needs a Letter of Authorization that adheres to the requirements that are on the Letter of Authorization help page.
The authorization letter that you had attached does not meet those requirements.
If can add the letter to case ID 17534982901 and the team will review it.
