Amazon fees issues

Hello everyone

I´m a new seller on amazon and I have some issues with one of my products, and being honest I don´t untertand the reason, and its so frustrating. I´m selling a rug with this dimensions:

Length: 23.9 INCHES

Width: 16.54 INCHES

Height: 1.61 INCHES

Weight: 0.51 POUNDS

The amazon fees are so expensive and i called lot of times and they said that my product is bulky, which I´m not sure, because Its a small rug and is not heavy at all, can someone help me with this, please. Are the amazon fees correct?

I´ll relally apreciate if you guys can help me, ´cause i don´t know what to do

You're getting charged for the dimensional weight. multiple the 3 dimensions and divide by 139. You'll pay based on this weight (or the actual weight of the item) whichever is higher.

Thanks to RR for the answer and link above!

The Dimensional weight help page gives full breakdown for each tier size that should provide more clarity here as well.
