Hello fellow sellers,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with Amazon, and I need some guidance. Our account was deactivated, and to resolve this, we submitted all necessary documents, including:
Commercial Invoice
Brand Details
Warehouse Contract
Bill of Lading
Brand Approval Correspondences (sent from our business email)
Despite providing everything, Amazon has not given us a clear response or a roadmap to reactivation. What’s even more frustrating is that we had already clarified Section 3 compliance with Amazon before this issue, submitting all required documents.
This time, however, Amazon seems uncooperative, and we’re stuck without any clear direction. Has anyone faced a similar situation? Any advice on how to escalate this or get a meaningful response from Amazon?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Hello @Seller_M3OBsswDSwIAx,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

As you mentioned the account deactivation appears to be a result of our section 3 policy. This policy can stem from a range of situations which could lead to the lack of direction you mentioned. As section 3 can include situations ranging from authenticity, intellectual properties, to a valid supply chain and a few other related scenarios. I would ask that you follow the advice of@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and post your notification.
Myself and other moderators have limited visibility into your account and specific situation, thus if we can verify your situation we are able to provide more direct support and guidance toward reactivation and resolution of this stressful situation.

I wanted to inquire on a few things you mentioned providing. When you mentioned commercial invoices, where were you sourcing from and from what brand? Do you have authorization to list, sell, or use the intellectual properties of the mentioned brand or product? As a side note, do the invoices you provided meet our invoice requirements? As an additional side note, if you are sourcing from a retail store, or website, please verify that additional written permission is not required under their terms of use. Some companies have specific approval to distribute and outline that you may not be authorized to resell their products without approval.
Surrounding your brand details and approval do you have a letter of authorization issued to you or your company authorizing the use of their intellectual properties. What did you provide in this situation? Once I have more specific details surrounding your situation I will be able to offer more guidance on the situation.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
