Recieved retalitory negative after winning A-Z claim

What's up party people. Hope all is well on this Monday afternoon.

Any mods here please help with order 114-6655600-6921849. I repeat what I said in all other posts, Amazon has been AMAZING for me as a seller. I keep meticulous records, follow all protocols and above all.. am a buyer centric seller. I am in a category which has an above normal illegitimate return rate. I can always count on Amazon to be fair and protect me when I need it. This has honestly been my experience!

Whenever someone leaves a negative it really kills your score. I got one years ago, which I deserved. It forced me to make changes and grow as a seller. The one I received for this order is an obvious retaliation. The buyer lost the A-Z claim, messaged me saying he's gonna ruin my reputation, make YouTube videos and link to my profile. This is what I have to risk every time I choose to stand my ground on an illegitimate claim.

Appreciate blankets of protection and words of encouragement...

Thank you..

OP: " I can always count on Amazon to be fair and protect me when I need it. "

Amazon's belief is Protect the Buyer, not the Seller. The Buyer Provides the cash, the Seller provides the product. Sellers are expendable, Buyers are not. Amazon is based on Buyer trust.

OP: "The buyer lost the A-Z claim, messaged me saying he's gonna ruin my reputation, make YouTube videos and link to my profile."

Report the message as Buyer is trying to deceive me and move on. No Response necessary.

Can you tell us what the feedback says?

Amazon Buy Shipping is supposed to protect seller feedback but it depends on what was said in the review. Did you buy shipping through Amazon?

Hello @Seller_TNGt4Y2bie81C- thank you for creating this discussion post, and thank you for including the Order ID so I could view the specifics of this claim and feedback comment.

It is true that there are certain cases where Amazon can remove or strikethrough seller feedback comments. You can read the full policy here, but in short, they are situations where the comment includes profanity, personal information, or the entire comment is a product review with no reflection on the services provided by the seller. Amazon may strikethrough a comment if it is explicitly regarding the fulfillment experience and the order was either fulfilled by Amazon or via a "Claims protected" Buy Shipping label.

In this case, it appears the feedback comment is directly focused on the restocking fees applied, and while these were within policy, the Amazon marketplace is set up so customers can still offer their honest thoughts on their ordering experience with a specific seller.

I would agree with @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWXin that you should report the threatening message from the buyer to Amazon for awareness. However, since the feedback comment doesn't meet one of the above use cases, you can look to resolve the feedback issue with the customer, or if that is not possible, you can post a public reply to help set the record straight.

I apologize if this wasn't the response you hoped for, but I do appreciate you surfacing this experience here on the forums!

Best,

Danny
