Brand registry declined
Hello, I can really use some help here, as I feel very helpless at the moment. I tried to register my brand, and I am a Canadian, I made a mistake first time and instead of business # I gave them a GST # as it was showing up on my CRA account. Upon rejection, I opened my documents of incorporation, and shared the correct #, shared the USPTO trademark registration, product photos, Logo printed on product packaging, and everything that I could think of or was relevant and I again got a message saying that my request has be rejected and put on hold for 90 days, I was told that my business information was incorrect. I opened a case with support team and shared my article of incorporation that contains all the information, but they keep coming back asking me if I need help with product listing. I have summer product and if I am locked out for 90 days it will all go to waste as its sitting with me. I have also given all correct information, but I don't know what to do now. if someone can guide me what should be my next step. My Case ID # is 17436922601 for brand registry and My case ID that I opened with support team is 17474878741 and it has got all the documents attached, including article of incorporation, new pictures of logo, product photo, USPTO Documents etc. - Thank you !

It is important to note that your Brand Registry appeal is handled by the appeals team and not Seller Support or Brand Registry support so new cases created adding additional information may not make its way over to your appeal case.
